Archaeology Club stamp by MyStamps Archaeology Club stamp by MyStamps

Some of you know I'm an archaeologist outside DA, so when *obsidiantears83 told me of her new *ArchaeologyClub I couldn't resist.

Here's the stamp, fav it, spread it and join the club! :iconarchaeologyclub:

credits: a part from the total station photo by *cerena [link] and the underwater archaeology photo (which is mine), I took all the others from google results.
Let's see if anyone of you can list all of the different photos :D

Oh hell yes!!
I'm still learning the trade at school, but I can't wait to get out there and do it for real!

Aah.. I love this one.. I wanna take up Archaeology after college. I'm taking up subjects of it now. I've been to an excavation once, and I really enjoyed it.

I see (from the stamp) a skull with a trepanation, a painted jar from Greece, a Roman colosseum, a trowel, a very deep trench, two skeletons facing each other. Those are the only ones I can name. Is that bad?

Awesome stamp! I'm thinking about being and archaeologist when I'm older.

oh, thats a good idea! I think i am going to rack my brain!
:redbullet: one is a BBC news article about 2 skeletons - I only know about it because I left a comment on a deviation that has sort of a sketch montage of dead embracing, then a conceptual sketch of them alive [link]
:redbullet: One looks like a trephenation scar on a skull
:redbullet: lots of mediterrean images there LOL there is a colloseum, some greek potery, also looks like there is a south/central america pic... do you have a list of them all??

eheh I wanted to use archaeology from all over the world but it was going to be too long!
I then used some prehistory, classical, near-eastern, south-american and what else? egyptian and underwater (which was a medieval ship)... and a couple of tools (trowel and total station... wanted to add a couple of pot

This should make it attractive to most of the disciplines right? Am I missing anything BIG?
